Welcome to Neasden Skip Hire. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our skip hire services. By booking a skip with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions

- Customer: The individual or entity booking the skip.
- Skip: The container provided by the Company for waste disposal.
2. Booking Process
To hire a skip, the Customer must complete the booking process through our website or by contacting our service team. Upon successful booking, the Customer will receive a confirmation with the skip details and rental period.
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been processed. The Company reserves the right to cancel reservations if the Customer does not fulfill payment obligations.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for skip hire must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems.
3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate specified in the invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the hire cost.
4.1 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request, subject to applicable fees.
5. Delivery and Collection
The Company will deliver the skip to the agreed-upon location and collect it at the end of the rental period. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and suitable for the skip.
5.1 Site Preparation
The Customer must prepare the site by clearing any obstructions and ensuring that there is sufficient space for skip placement.
6. Use of the Skip
The skip is intended for the disposal of general household and commercial waste. The Customer must not exceed the skip's weight and volume limits as specified in the rental agreement.
6.1 Overfilling
Overfilled skips may incur additional charges. The Company reserves the right to impose extra fees if the skip is found to be overloaded.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited in the skip:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, batteries)
- Flammable substances
- Explosives
- Medical waste
- Electronic waste
- Luxury items
7.1 Disposal of Prohibited Items
Customers found disposing of prohibited items will be liable for fines and may have their rental terminated immediately.
8. Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the skip, except where such damage is due to the Company's negligence or willful misconduct.
8.1 Insurance
It is recommended that Customers have appropriate insurance coverage for their waste disposal activities. The Company does not provide insurance coverage unless explicitly stated in the rental agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
9.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's location.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.1 Notice of Changes
Notices of changes will be provided via email or through our website. It is the Customer's responsibility to stay informed of any updates.
11. Termination
The Company may terminate the rental agreement immediately if the Customer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the Customer must remove all waste from the skip and ensure its return within the specified period.
11.1 Consequences of Termination
Termination may result in additional charges, and the Customer may be liable for any costs incurred by the Company due to the breach.
12. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
12.1 Notification
In the event of force majeure, the Company will notify the Customer as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding skip hire services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers. Personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Requests can be made through the designated channels provided during booking.
15. Communication

16. Indemnification

This indemnification covers all direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages related to the use of the services.

The skip hire services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the timeliness, availability, or error-free operation of its services.

In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the skip hire services.
